On Sunday, December 8, 2024, we gathered at Capos Hanoi – Spanish Tapas Bar for a delightful Chaîne des Rôtisseurs brunch event, and it was a resounding success!
Hosted in the heart of the Old Quarter, this elevated brunch featured the creative talents of Chef Bryan, a seasoned culinary artist with experience in Michelin-starred kitchens and former head chef at Vaso Bangkok. At Capos Hanoi, he brings a refined, modern twist to traditional Spanish tapas, creating dishes that are both innovative and deeply flavorful.
Guests enjoyed a vibrant, multi-course tapas menu in a relaxed yet elegant setting, accompanied by curated wines and great company. From the warm reception at noon to the final bites, the brunch captured the spirit of La Chaîne — conviviality, gastronomy, and excellence.
