On October 25th, 2024, La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Vietnam hosted an unforgettable evening at the prestigious Madame Lam Restaurant, a MICHELIN-selected gem nestled in the heart of Thao Dien. The evening celebrated the depth and diversity of Vietnamese cuisine in a refined, immersive dining experience.
Chef Cuong, known for his mastery of traditional flavors and innovative techniques, crafted a 7-course menu inspired by the culinary traditions of Vietnam's regions — from the mountains of the north to the rivers of the south. Each course, or “station,” transported guests on a flavorful journey across the country, highlighting the essence of Vietnamese gastronomy with elegance and authenticity.
The evening brought together La Chaîne members and guests for a night of cultural celebration, warm camaraderie, and impeccable cuisine — all in the elegant ambiance of Madame Lam.
