On October 25th, 2024, we had the privilege of hosting an unforgettable evening at the prestigious Madame Lam Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City. This Michelin-selected restaurant set the perfect stage for a unique dining experience that celebrated Vietnam’s rich and diverse culinary heritage.
Chef Cuong is a highly skilled culinary expert known for his dedication to preserving traditional Vietnamese flavors while embracing innovative techniques. With years of experience in both local and international kitchens, he has developed a reputation for creating dishes that showcase the depth and richness of Vietnamese cuisine. The event was a true journey through Vietnam, with seven distinctive "stations" (courses), each highlighting the vibrant flavors of different regions, from north to south. Our guests, including both La Chaîne members and guests, were immersed in a stunning exploration of Vietnamese cuisine, guided by the expert hands of the chefs at Madame Lam.
