On March 29, 2025, La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Vietnam hosted an extraordinary dining experience at P’ti Saigon, celebrating the spirit and culinary brilliance of Vietnam’s Bocuse d’Or 2025 performance.

Every course reflected their commitment to excellence, creativity, and the artistry of fine dining — delivering a meal that was both elegant and inspiring.
Even when faced with an unexpected kitchen power outage, the P’ti Saigon team rose to the occasion with incredible professionalism, ensuring that the experience remained seamless and every dish was served to perfection.
